Choose from our search boxes above the area that you are most interested in buying in to find properties that are offered for sale via our auction system from the individual private seller.
All enquiries about the property are automatically emailed to the owner who will respond directly to your enquiry. There are no agents or commissions involved. Make an offer/bid on the property and negotiate directly with the owner - it's that simple.
Bidding on a Property
The properties highlighted as an auction property may not in
fact be featured in a traditional auction but are in fact highlighted by the
seller as open for auction like negotiations.
The seller has ultimate control over all of the bids that are submitted on their
properties and their decision is final.
To bid on any of the properties simply click on the 'make enquiry' button
that accompanies all properties and type your message to the owner together with
any proposed bid you want to make. However, don't be surprised if you don't
receive a reply from an unlealistic bid!
