All of our hips packages are exactly the same price - we charge £205 + vat for a HIPS pack irrespective of the size of your property. The only exception is if you are a landlord wanting an EPC or selling a leasehold property. Ask us for prices on these.
We currently use a UK national leading HIPS provider for all of our packages and as such we pass the savings on to you the private seller. To obtain your pack simply complete the form below and one of our consultants will contact you.
