Yes - if you are a UK swapper or seller then you will need a
HIPS pack - our packs are one price across the board £205+
vat. However, if you are an overseas seller or swapper you may not need a HIPS
pack.
Do You Cover My Area ?
Yes - we cover everywhere - wherever their is a property we feature that country
- worldwide
What Does It Cost ?
Our fees are straightforward - a one off fee of £79 + vat to add your property
and details to the database.
How Long Will My Property Remain on The System ?
Your property and details will remain on our global system until there is a
sale, exchange or you ask us to remove it.
I Already Have An Estate Agent
No problem - because we don't work on any commissions you can still add your
property to our system - if you don't have an estate agent just think how much
money you will save when you sell!
Can I Change My Advert?
Yes simply email us the changes you'd like to make any time and we will update
them for you free of charge.
What If I Find A Buyer/Swapper ?
Simple - just pass each others deatils onto your relevant solicitors and let
them do the rest of the work for you in much the same way as they would in a
